A Cow, a Bee, a Cookie, and Me

Honey Cookies:
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 egg york
1 level teaspoon cinnamon
1 3/4 cups self-rising flour

beat the butter and sugar together in a bowl until they are creamy
beat in the honey, then the egg york
add cinnamon and flour and mix into a soft dough
