這是最近看到最好笑的圖畫書,這隻很害怕的松鼠想交朋友,又怕被咬,最後看到一隻在噴水池裡的金魚,所以牠推演全盤計畫:戴名牌、戴芳香劑、手套、記得牙齒要清乾淨…如何避免其他動物襲擊…
但是全被一隻莽撞衝出來的狗破壞計畫了,松鼠遇到危險時最後一招是"裝死",所以牠裝死裝了半小時、一小時、兩小時,狗還是在牠旁邊,"應該不會咬我吧?"松鼠想,

This is one of my favorite book.
Author tries to tidy up elements in the painting. Comparing these two pictures we can find out how the original artist arranged the furniture and stuff.

熊爸爸去另一個城市工作

就在過年之際,陳致元的新書出版了,蝴蝶頁上寫著
"這個故事
在我心裡已放了好久
獻給每一位熊爸爸"

爸爸要到另一個城市工作的故事每天重複出現在我們的社會。尤其很多家庭因為分離而情淡,漸行漸遠,忘卻了家的重要,這個故事提醒我們很多愛,很多表達是要經由學習互動來的。
熊爸爸要出遠門六個月,孩子們藏了小小心愛的東西在爸爸皮箱裡,當爸爸打開時,撫慰了爸爸思鄉想家換地方工作的心。爸爸各別留給孩子們的東西也陪伴孩子渡過想爸爸的日子,媽媽適時扮演了EQ高手,將家人團團用情圍住。
有些圖畫書用前後不同的蝴蝶頁透露故事的轉折是我最喜歡的,也顯示作者、繪者、編輯群不忽略任何一個小地方。這本書也運用了蝴蝶頁來表達了爸爸的心情,不必多說就開始了故事也延續了故事。
陳致元用多樣的元素來表達對人群的關愛,已經像是天生好手,當然,我相信出版者也功不可沒。

當 我拿出這本書與母親分享時,她邊看眼眶就紅了,馬上表示要去和朋友分享,大家都是有孫子的,大家都有出外的家人,不諱言,爸爸少支持,孩子少關心,媽媽少 陪伴,各自的心從家出走,的確製造了許多社會問題。如果這樣的書可以提醒到幾家人,學到熊家的互動一點點,就功德無量了。
